Seniors’ Reported Use of Information Resources

More than a quarter of seniors say they have talked to a pharmacist (27%) or a doctor (26%) for information about the Medicare drug benefit. Fewer say they have used other information resources, including calling 1-800-MEDICARE (14%) and visiting Medicare.gov (10%).
