With the approach of World AIDS Day on December 1, the Kaiser Family Foundation is releasing several new and updated resources, including:
HIV Public Education Campaigns in the U.S. and Abroad
New HIV-themed programs, documentaries, news specials, and public service ads developed through Kaiser’s partnerships with MTV thinkHIV, BET on Rap-It-Up, and Univision on ¡Entérate!/¡Protégete! will air throughout the U.S. Internationally, Kaiser also partners with the Global Media AIDS Initiative, African Broadcast Media Partnership, the Caribbean Broadcast media Partnership, MTV International on Staying Alive, and individual nationwide campaign in India and Russia, all of which will be conducting special World AIDS Day-related HIV/AIDS-themed programming as part of their ongoing work.

Media Fellowships
With support from the Kaiser Media Fellowship program, The South Florida Sun-Sentinel featured a four part series on AIDS orphans, beginning the last Sunday in November 2006, reported by Patricia Thompson, a Kaiser Media Fellow.
